Explore movement practices designed to help release and express grief held in the body, addressing areas of chronic tension like the jaw, diaphragm, upper shoulders, back, and hip flexors.

Mindful movement exploration


Engage in a movement practice that encourages deep sensing, exploration, and breaking free from traditional rules. The Wilding practice aims to bring you out of your head and into your body.

Creative expression 


Incorporate creative elements such as expressive movement, vocal toning, self-massage, and other forms of non-verbal communication to tap into your wild and liberated self.

Body listening & wisdom


Learn techniques to listen to your body, decipher its messages, and access its innate wisdom. Turning Toward Grief provides a nurturing space to connect with your body and its intuitive guidance.

Playful grieving


Explore ways to grieve without a predetermined script, allowing for a personalized and authentic expression of emotions. Discover the power of moving energy without overthinking the process.
