As a death & grief doula,

I serve as a compassionate companion to support you and your loved ones through the end-of-life journey and the grieving process.

How I Can Help

Whether you're navigating the end of life, seeking proactive preparation for this transition, or grieving a loss, I'm here to offer a comforting and empowering presence, companioning you and your beloveds through your journey.

I provide emotional and spiritual support, guiding people in reflecting on their lives and cherishing each remaining moment. I equip individuals with tools to navigate the dying process with dignity and agency.

Many of my privileged duties are practical in nature.

  • I assist with logistical arrangements related to end-of-life care, such as creating advance directives and living wills

  • I facilitate end-of-life planning, including discussions about preferences and wishes

  • I offer support in care planning, building care teams, and coordinating support services

These essential roles alleviate logistical burdens, allowing individuals to be present to their lives, and their loved ones to focus on grieving.

I offer education on death, the dying process, and grief and advocate for dignity and respect in end-of-life care, including support around medical assistance in dying (MAID). I collaborate with clients on legacy projects to honor and preserve memories and assist with the organization and distribution of personal belongings and cherished possessions.

My background in somatics allows me to provide exceptional hands-on comfort care and mindfulness techniques. I’m trained and experienced in facilitating psychedelic care to ease end-of-life anxiety and promote a sense of peace and meaning.

Through the great and small losses of my own life, I’ve come to know grief as a teacher — one who breaks your heart wide open, revealing the spectacular beauty contained within. Grief can expand our capacity to live authentically, with clear eyes and a soft belly.

I offer bereavement support, helping people navigate the grieving process through compassionate witnessing, creative expression, and embodied practice. Together, we’ll center opportunities for transformation, integrating grief as a pathway for living fully, with connection, freedom, and gratitude.

I’m able to provide most of my services remotely through video chat, phone, email, and text. My practice is based in Brooklyn, New York, and New York City residents have the opportunity to receive additional care through in-person sessions, hands-on comfort and palliative care, Reiki, vigil attendance, “Swedish death cleaning,” and household support.

It is my great privilege to serve at this sacred and profound threshold.
