What do you want to embody?

How we feel in our bodies affects every area of our lives. Changing how we feel and relate to our bodies can influence our entire experience.

Over the course of two 1:1 sessions, we’ll uncover what isn’t serving you — physically, emotionally, spiritually, and in your lifestyle — and I will create a completely customized embodiment practice for you that supports how you want to feel and move through your life.

Yoga

A yoga practitioner for over two decades, I teach yoga in studio, private, retreat, virtual, and workplace settings.

In my classes, you’ll experience a trauma-responsive approach that meets you where you are today — prioritizing exploration and skill-building over performing “perfect” poses.

You’ll receive ample modifications, alternatives, and straightforward cues that make complex-looking shapes feel simple and effective.

Want a class personalized for you or your group?

Whether you’re looking for a private 1:1 lesson, a group class for a special occasion, or a team-building experience for your organization, send me a message and I will respond with a package tailored to your needs.

What People Are Saying

  • Zoë's work and her understanding of this precious life we live is profoundly healing, warmly connected, and informed

with both the most au courant science and the truest of ancient worldwide wisdom. As a movement teacher, she values what really matters, prioritizing individual journeys of growth and understanding over superficial irrelevancies, and I wish I could take her class right now. I appreciate her continually evolving practice and the valuable and humane wisdom and beauty she brings to this world.

  • Zoë is an amazing instructor.

She suggests the perfect modifications for those who are new or are reintegrating with a sensitive or sore body. Some days, with all that we juggle in these crazy lives of ours, I have a moment’s hesitation regarding grabbing my yoga mat, but then I think about how much better I feel in Zoë's presence, I toss the hesitation out the window and hustle to connect to her class. No class is ever exactly the same and I find myself gladly reteaching and bringing the brain-balancing exercises to my children and elders in my life. As our teenage daughter puts it, “It’s hard to put into words — you just have to give her class a try to understand Zoë's gift.

  • As a beginner yoga student myself, I can say without reservation that you are an extremely kind and effective instructor.

I appreciate the way you use humor and give options to put us beginners at ease. Your instructions are alway easy to follow (though not always easy to execute!). I have learned so much from you, and I would recommend your classes to anyone!
