As a psychedelic doula,

I’ll be your steward within the domain of multidimensional consciousness. I offer an approach to psychedelic medicine work that centers your healing, wholeness, and the interconnectedness of individual and collective liberation. Viewed through this holistic lens, our partnership will nurture every facet of your being — mind, body, spirit, relationships, and connection to nature.

Through my decades of experience in building relationships with entheogens, I've come to trust that sacred earth medicines wish for our lives to be enriched with joy and connection.

Studies show that building a strong and trusting relationship with a guide (or, in this case, a doula) can enhance the effectiveness and safety of psychedelic experiences. This relationship allows for better support, understanding, and tailored guidance, which can lead to more meaningful insights, emotional healing, and integration of the experience into daily actions.

Through one-on-one relational processing, self-discovery resources, customized somatic practices, and tailored rituals, I will support you in cultivating the resilience needed to embrace the unknown and emerge with insight to illuminate your path toward growth and healing. On the other side of your journey, we will craft intentional practices to sustain lasting transformation.

As a psychedelic doula, I hold a container that encompasses set, setting, and support. For those seeking in-person services, I offer the opportunity to receive up to 6 hours of on-site trip sitting. I’m devoted to ensuring you receive the personalized support that honors your healing wisdom and serves you best.
